This game was due to take place at Dudley and was in danger of being called off, but a switch to Telford and great co-operation between the two sides saw the game take place.  It was definitely a game of two halves with TGLFC making all of the first half running but with Dudley showing fantastic character in the second.  Anna Sorbom opened the scoring for TGLFC with a fine brace. The first saw her receive a pass through the middle and beat the defence to score. The second saw her pounce on a rebound after a Vicky Coleman shot was blocked. For the third goal, defender Stacey McAdam came up field to head home a superb Sarah Henn corner. TGLFC'S 4th goal came courtesy of top striker Lou smart when she received a pass from Sorbom to send a rocket shot into the base of the net. 4-0.  Henn then increased the lead with a shot from the left wing that looped over the keeper to make it 5.  Smart then scored the fluke goal of the season, the Dudley defender went for the ball at the same time as the striker but only succeeded in hitting the ball of Smart and into the net.6-0.Before the break TGLFC were 10-0 up courtesy of another 2 Sorbom goals and 2 from Jade Hill, the best of the 4 saw Hill beat 3 defenders and hit a high looping ball from the edge of the area which dipped in time to create a quite brilliant goal.
After the break it was a different story with Dudley soaking up most of the pressure from TGLFC and creating some impressive chances or themselves. They got what they deserved when Natalie Edwards the TGLFC keeper conceded a penalty and Natalie Barnes stepped up and made no mistake from the spot. The goal galvanized Dudley who then looked a much stronger side than in the first half and scored twice more through Jenny Gilbert to make for a much more exciting game.  The visitors stifled the home side and made sure that they could only score once more in the game, Charlotte Redden scoring their only goal of the half to make the final score - 11-3.
